As we all know cigarettes have a negative affect on you body, however a fact that is really not known is that cigarettes also negatively affect the land. They damage the environment badly. Cigarettes contain chemicals that harm us and once the buds are on the ground and they get washed up into the sea, they harm animals and wildlife as well. Also, when you throw a lit cigarette on the ground, you are giving the chance of that cigarette to cause a fire. This damages land, and homes for animals. All in all, cigarettes are detrimental all the way around, from negativity affecting your body to negatively affected animals, as well as negatively affecting the land.

I really enjoyed reading you’re post! I fully agree with you’re statements made towards cigarettes and there threats against land. I now have a better grasp on why cigarettes are not only harmful to us but to land as well, due to ash decay and environmental killing elements. Great job, keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with this and I’m glad you covered this topic. It would harm the animals and fish. It wouldn’t give them the best habitat or environment to live in. There’s a lot of affects that could actually happen after you throw it on the ground. Great topic and I feel the same way about this!
